JACOB AND MERINO CROSS LAMBS FOR SALE
We have a lovely selection of JACOB ewe lambs (eligible for registration), JACOB wethers, MERINO cross ewe lambs and MERINO cross wethers. As fibre farmers all our lambs are perfect for wool and have been bred with their wool in mind so if fibre is your thing then look no further. All our lambs have a multi trace drench administered regularly and are wormed accordingly to fec results. All have clikzin on them. The jacob lambs are ready to go and the merino cross lambs will be ready early august! Based in West Devon.

The average fleece weighs 1.4 – 2.7kg
Staple length is 3 – 6”
Fibre diameters 25 – 35 microns (spinning counts 44s – 56s)
Lock characteristics- slightly pointed tips with moderate crimp
The jacob fleece is one that can be spun, needle felted and wet felted making it a great all round fleece
