Lamb, Hogget and Mutton

We will shortly have a limited amount of hogget available to be collected from the farm on March 8th. You can either have a whole box which is £170 or a half box which £90.  Hogget is 1 to 2 years old and the flavour of our hogget is absolutely amazing especially when cooked slowly. Our sheep graze outside all year round enjoying a range of different grasses on our farm. 
A whole box will include:
2 whole legs or 4  halves on the bone
2 whole shoulders or 4 halves on the bone
Chops
Breast (left whole or minced)
Scrag end 
Lamb shank (optional)

A half box will include:
1 whole leg or 2 halves on the bone
1 whole shoulder or 2 halves on the bone
Chops
Breast (left whole or minced)
Scrag end 
Lamb shank (optional)
